Eric began working in the automotive and equipment industry at just 16 years old, later becoming a Master ASE-certified technician. In 2006, he entered the heavy equipment industry while working with Caterpillar, where he sharpened the diagnostic and repair standards that continue to drive our business today.
Over the years, Eric has received specialized training from industry-leading manufacturers including Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, Mercedes-Benz, Cummins, Liebherr, LeTourneau, and Sandvik. His background includes diesel engines, hydraulics, advanced electrical diagnostics, truck systems, air conditioning, welding repairs, and troubleshooting across a wide range of equipment platforms.
